Discover our History

Transilvania Constructii SA was established in the 1990s and it became one of the largest constructions company in Cluj-Napoca and in Transylvania, building large residential projects that shaped a big part of what is now Cluj-Napoca city. In 1999 the company was privatized and continued to be one of the biggest construction companies in the area.

The company was founded in 1990 after the division of „Trustul de Construcții Cluj” a large construction company established in 1950s

In 1999 the company was privatized

2003

Start of the first industrial park in Cluj on a 20 hectares of land

2007

Listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange

2003 - 2013

Between 2003 and 2013 Transilvania Construcții was involved in major civil constructions projects ranging from warehouses to apartments and office buildings to stadiums and hotels

2010

In 2010 we developed a residential project of 110 apartaments „Dorobanților Residence”

2014

In 2014 the company`s strategy changes – the main focus shifts from constructions to development of our own portfolio of logistic and industrial projects with the purpose of becoming an important player on the national market

2015

Start of our second industrial park in Cluj on a 36 hectares of land

2018

Growing our industrial parks network with TRC Park Bacau on a 8 hectares of land

2019

Expanding our park in Cluj with over 2ha of land

Our purpose

Transilvania Constructii is one of the largest owner asset manager and developer of industrial warehouses in Transylvania, Romania. Our properties are concentrated in key locations, and consist of light industrial warehouses and large modern logistic warehouses.
