The new industrial building consists of 5,770 sqm of warehouse space and 302 sqm office space. With a total rentable area of approx. 6,000 sqm, the building features 10.5 m clear height, LED lighting, sprinkler systems, drive-ins and loading docks and ample parking for cars and trailers. With approx. 2,500 sqm of warehouse space pre-leased in the first stage, DONA Logistica is the first tenant in TRC Park Bacău.
