Currently the whole building from TRC Park Transilvania is going through a renovation process turning into a complex of office and commercial spaces.
A fully renovated ground floor will provide commercial spaces each having an useful area of about 250 sqm. The office spaces available on the top floor will have floor areas ranging from 60 up to 200 sqm. By the end of September 2021 the physical refurbishment of the property will be completed. Looking forward to seeing this refurbishment taking shape.
