We are developing a new industrial park in Giarmata, Timiș County. TRC Park Timișoara is located not far from the city centre, near the A1 highway, providing good links for any suppliers. Phase 1 of the project comprises the development of four industrial buildings intended to serve both warehousing and manufacturing purposes, with a total built area of approx. 30,000 sqm while around 5,000 sqm is to be office space and showroom.
Construction works are scheduled to start this year. Tenants from different industries will be able to take advantage of the park location thanks to its ideal conditions for domestic and international distribution.
